International supply transaction settled by documentary credit.
I represented the Nigerian buyer in Dubai, verified the supplier, reviewed the documentation, confirmed that the goods were physically available, negotiated with the supplier and oversaw the transaction through to completion.
TRANSACTION COMPLETED.

I prepared and submitted the required documentation to the bank, dealt directly with the relevant banking teams and oversaw the financing application through to the bank’s decision.

Acquisition of several properties.
Once the client had selected the properties, I reviewed the documentation and transaction terms, negotiated with the relevant parties and oversaw the acquisitions through to completion.

I dealt directly with the bank regarding a restriction on a corporate account, including direct engagement with senior management.
After assessing the situation, I determined the appropriate course of action and personally managed the matter until access to the account was restored.

Relocation to Dubai, acquisition of three properties and establishment of companies in Jebel Ali Free Zone.
I developed a step-by-step plan, acted under power of attorney and dealt directly with Jebel Ali Free Zone, banks and developers.
Before key decisions were made, I assessed the risks and determined the sequence of actions. During the client’s absence from the UAE, I acted on the client’s behalf within the authority granted to me.

I began my career in the UAE as a legal consultant.
Over time, clients increasingly turned to me with matters that extended beyond a single legal issue — banking, transactions, real estate, corporate matters, dealings with government authorities and negotiations.
They needed someone to determine the course of action, take part in negotiations, act on their behalf, maintain oversight of the matter and identify potential financial or legal consequences before key decisions were made.
That is how my work gradually moved beyond conventional legal practice — through real client matters, trust and direct personal involvement.
Experience has shown me how costly a poor decision, the absence of a clear overall position or uncoordinated actions by different advisers can become.
I therefore built my work around one principle:

Where you or your existing team are managing the matter, but my judgement, personal presence or participation in negotiations is required at a specific stage.
The fee depends on the preparation required, the duration of my involvement and whether further support is needed.
All terms are agreed before work begins.
FROM AED 15,000 PER STAGE
Where you require me to take on a defined scope of work in the UAE, deal directly with banks, government authorities, counterparties and other relevant parties, and maintain oversight through to completion.
Fees are determined after the initial review, taking into account the complexity of the matter, the scope of work, the number of parties involved and the degree of my personal involvement.

The scope of my work is agreed in advance.
Involvement in major transactions or prolonged crisis situations, as well as matters outside the agreed scope, is considered separately.

Where other specialists are required, their role and fees are agreed with you in advance.
Fees shown are exclusive of VAT, where applicable.

You do not need to decide on an engagement format in advance.
